Our Commitment
The Sparrow’s Table Ministries Ltd. is committed to operating with integrity, accountability, and respect for the individuals and families we serve. We believe transparency and stewardship are essential to maintaining trust within our community.
Legal Status
The Sparrow’s Table Ministry Ltd. is a registered non-profit organization in Canada, under the Corporate Non-Profit Act.
At this time, we are not yet a registered charity and are therefore unable to issue charitable tax receipts for donations. We will update this page once we receive charitable status through the Charities Directorate of Canada.
Use of Donations
All donations are used directly to support our programs and the families we serve. This includes, but is not limited to:
Food rescue, storage, and transportation
Supplies such as coolers, tables, cleaning products, and equipment maintenance
Household staple items not received through donation
Mid-week support for families when additional needs arise
Childcare for volunteers’ children on distribution days
Activities for children of our families during food pickup times
Back-to-school supplies and snacks
As our ministry grows, our goal is to expand support for families fleeing domestic violence through practical assistance and community partnerships.
Privacy & Dignity
We are committed to protecting the privacy, dignity, and safety of those we serve. Personal information is never shared without consent, and we strive to provide support in a way that is respectful and judgment-free.

Although The Sparrow’s Table Ministries is newly incorporated, our volunteers and leadership team bring many years of experience serving families through this program. Our operations are supported by dedicated volunteers who work together to ensure responsible stewardship of resources and consistent care for our community.
