The Founder and Director of The Sparrow’s Table Ministry. As a dedicated single mother of three, She has spent many years serving her community with compassion, generosity, and an unwavering heart for helping others. Even while navigating her own challenges in life, she continues to go above and beyond to bring hope, support, and practical care to families in need. Whether through sharing a meal, baking for others, or lending a listening ear, Her passion is rooted in building community and helping fight food insecurity with dignity and love.

Director of Administration
Cecile McNeal serves as the Director of Administration for The Sparrow’s Table, helping oversee much of the nonprofit’s day-to-day operations behind the scenes. She manages website support, reviews new applications, and helps build community relationships and fundraising initiatives to further the ministry’s impact. As a mom of two little ones, Cecile is passionate about creating safe spaces where people feel heard, valued, and supported. She has a heart for listening to others’ stories, praying with people in quiet moments, and helping families access the care and resources they need. In her free time, Cecile enjoys painting and cooking, and she is deeply committed to helping The Sparrow’s Table continue growing to serve more families in the community.
